Museum at Jackson Street Roundhouse
Travel through history with exhibits featuring local and regional railway. Explore 50 historic train cars on site and housed in a building that represents a significant part of Twin Cities history.
Experience a genuine operating roundhouse turntable and witness restoration of historic railway operating equipment! One of the last of its kind in the country can be found in St Paul, Minnesota.
REAL TRAIN RIDES EVERY SATURDAY (included with admission!) - rain, snow or sunshine. Come and ride with us! In the winter, visitors can cruise the rails in a heated caboose. Rides are not scheduled but run at least every half hour.
Tots & Trains
Looking for a fun way to spend your Wednesday mornings? Join us at Jackson Street Roundhouse & Museum for Tots & Trains! This program is held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Your ticket to Tots & Trains also includes general admission to the museum!

- Listen to a transportation-themed story read by our wonderful volunteers.

Dresser Ice Cream Express
Ride our vintage train through the picturesque Wisconsin countryside. See Osceola Creek and gently rolling farmland from a different vantage point. In Dresser, de-board the train to tour the original wooden 1887 depot, which has been fully restored. Do this while the engine does a run around on the siding for the pull back to Osceola.

Wine Tasting Train to Marine
Limited to passengers 21 and over, this extra-fare service features wine tastings and hors d'oeuvre pairings from select local Wisconsin and Minnesota wineries. This train offers scenic 90-minute roundtrip ride through the Saint Croix River Valley between Osceola and Marine on Saint Croix.

St Croix Valley Excursion to Marine
Ride our vintage train from Osceola along the beautiful St. Croix River valley. See waterfalls, wildlife, native vegetation, and golden sandstone bluffs. Experience railroading history.

Pumpkin Express
Board in Osceola, where our historic train takes you on a 25-minute ride to Dresser. Kids (15 and under) can pick out their very own pumpkin! While you're there, enjoy music and check out the games, hayride, eats and treats, and a small flea market. You can step back in time and tour the historic 1884 Dresser Depot!

Pizza Train to Marine
Our pizza trains are available most weekends starting early May through mid-September. Experience our classic Rock Island commuter coach cars. Each passenger enjoys pizza, brownie, soda and a 90-minute ride through the valley. Great for families!
