Please arrive at the Osceola Depot 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Head inside the depot to check in and receive your boarding passes. All tickets are will call.

There are many places to park when arriving for your event. We will send out parking locations before the event.

Unfortunetly the train ride to the event is not handicap Accessible.

No, there are no restrooms on this train, however there are restrooms at the depot in the brick building by the dumpsters. There are also restroom areas at the festival.

After boarding the train in Osceola, you will take a 25 minute trip to the dresser depot and deboard for the festival, and then you will board the train again for another 25 minutes back to the Osceola depot.

As stated on our website all tickets are non-refundable. So there are a couple of options that you can choose from. You can gift/sell them to someone else to use, they would need to be sent your reservation information so that they are able to check in using your reservation. You can rebook to a date that you are able to make the train ride. Or you can call or go to your reservation confirmation email and cancel your trip and would be sent a gift card for the purchase amount and be able to use it at a later date as our gift certificates do not expire.
