Q: Why didn't I get the tickets that I ordered for the train ride?
A: All tickets on the Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway are `Will Call' only. When you arrive at the ticket window, give the agent your name to receive your Boarding Pass(es). The pass will be punched after you are seated and is a souvenir of your ride.

Q: Is the train handicap accessible?
A: Passenger equipment on the Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway was all built before any ADA legislation. We have a lift which accesses specific doors and once boarded, passengers who are able can move between cars. The doorways between cars are narrow and the passageways are uneven. Passengers in wheelchairs or scooters may be unable to move from the car onto which they are boarded.

Q: Are there restrooms on the train?
A: There are restrooms on the train in the concession car 265 and at least one other car. How many there are on the train will depend on what cars are used on any given day. There are no restrooms on the train at the Jackson Street Roundhouse.

A: Yes. If you have the voucher, call the office at 651.228.0263 and we can set that up for you. If you do not have the voucher or gift certificate, we may not be able to find a record of it. Please bring the voucher or gift certificate with you, if possible, when you pick up your boarding passes.

Q: What does 'Standard Selection' Pizza mean?
A: The vendor sends a selection of cheese, peperoni, sausage and delux (vegie) and passengers make their choice from the available selections. If you have a dietary order on the reservation, it will be noted on the box.

Q: What does 'Pizza - Junior Meal' mean?
A: It is a standard 10" pizza intended to be shared by small children who would not eat one whole pie by themselves, or adults who would not. The standard pie comes with a brownie and a 20 oz. drink so these would also be shared. If a Pizza - Junior Meal is ordered, it may be accompanied by a Pizza Seat Only - No Food for children. For adults, the other half of the pizza may be shared with others in the party or simply not eaten.

A: Every passenger on the train must have a boarding pass. This is intended for babies who would not eat any pizza or any passenger who would not be eating pizza. Passengers whose diet is so restrictive that the standard dietary restrictions offered are not acceptable, may bring their own food to eat with the family. The Pizza Seat Only - No Food should be selected for those guests.

A: The two venues cannot be connected by train. You must travel to Osceola, WI, to board any train on the Osceola & St Croix Valley Railway.
